Elkhorn- 1 opening

Active and Engaged Living at Elkhorn! Elkhorn is a level 4i children’s home that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The home is filled with community activities like sports, park outings, and school events. We encourage independence through daily tasks such as cooking, chores, and hygiene. Our supportive environment helps children with behavioral challenges thrive and grow.

Relaxing and Person-Centered at Germon!  Germon primarily serves a group of seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Whether choosing to unwind at home or seek activities in the community (restaurants, shopping, parks), residents are encouraged to embrace a quality of living that suits their individual personalities. Everyone receives assistance with personal needs and behavior management in a relaxing, family-style home.

Cumbre- two openings. 1 single room and 1 shared male room
