All employees and volunteers are encouraged to report situations  they believe to be harmful to our agency including fraud, abuse, policy violations, illegal or unethical conduct or any other misconduct by the organization or its employees, volunteers or Board of Directors,  Individuals should first alert  his or her supervisor.

If there is a situation where the an employee or volunteer is not comfortable telling his or her supervisor, the employee/volunteer should contact the Ethics Hotline.   Whistleblower reports are the number one method for reporting these activities in an organization. Every report will be investigated and the whistleblower will remain anonymous.
