Kaye Turpin is Vice President of Development & Marketing for HGH where she oversees the agency’s fundraising and marketing efforts. This includes planned giving, grant writing, grant management, special events management, public relations, advertising, and capital improvement campaigns. Kaye has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Non-profit Leadership from the University of San Diego. Kaye has managed her own non-profit consulting practice for over 15 years, specializing in development planning, and 501c3 completions for new non-profits and foundations. She has over twenty- years of professional fund development experience and is certified in public speaking, non-profit management, and volunteer management. She is a current member of the San Diego County Disabilities Committee as an appointee of Supervisor Joel Anderson. She volunteers her time for the Poway Alano Club and writes grants for the Brother Bennos Foundation. Kaye travels to hometown of Henderson, Nevada on a regular basis to spend time with her 26-year old daughter, Aurora. Kaye recently married her husband Richard. They have a rescue dog named Charlie, and they spend their free time hiking and backpacking.
