Don Jenkins, JD, is the new Vice President of Human Resources. Don is an accomplished senior executive and human resources leader with more than three decades of leadership across retail, manufacturing & service verticals. Don spent over 20-years practicing labor & employment law and has extensive experience working within the public sector and for publicly traded companies. Don holds several professional certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources, Certified Strategic Workforce Planner, and the SHRM California Employment Law certification. Don holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from ASU and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas. Don has worked  in a vast array of employment law matters, including: NLRA, ADA, employment at will/wrongful discharge, EEOC, ERISA, COBRA, WARN, FMLA, wage and hour, Civil Rights, common law tort actions and employment related state law actions.  He also served as an adjunct professor of undergraduate and graduate programs at several colleges and universities.

Don is the proud father of four adult children, and a Scottish terrier named Palin. He and his Fiancé,  Kim, are avid foodies, always cooking and searching for great culinary experiences. In their free time they enjoy traveling and hiking.
